Overview of Job Function:



The Corporate Communications Specialist intern will join a fast-paced environment with measurable deliverables and a focus on results. In this role, the intern will learn about each of the functions that sit within Corporate Communications, including Employer Brand, Internal Communications, Content Operations, Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Brand, and Design. Our goal is to provide the intern with exposure to potential career opportunities within Verint, while leading projects that are critical to the Corporate Communications function. Our interns are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and are quickly entrusted with foundational responsibilities.



Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:





+ Employer Brand:



+ Competitor analysis, reporting, and recommendations.



+ Perspectives from our People – crafting ways to share Verinteers’ voices back into the business to underpin our employer brand strategy of inviting our people to share their ‘voice, perspective, and expertise’.






+ Content Operations:



+ Collating the weekly Marketing Highlights email.



+ Scoping/Discovery to make existing content workflows more effective.



+ Administering content creation hub calendar.






+ Internal Communications:



+ Drafting communications that will be distributed to all 4,300 Verinteers.



+ Drafting targeted communications that will be distributed to specific locations and roles.



+ Brainstorming and collaborating to define engaging ways to communicate with Verinteers.



+ Collating and polishing materials to share with the internal-Verint audience.



+ Team meeting prep and orchestration.








Requirements





+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include presenting to a large group of people.



+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.



+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.



+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.



+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.



+ Related experience of writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects preferred.
